Refund policy

 

Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. However, you'll need to cover the shipping costs to our closest warehouse.

If your item is damaged, please email admin@kitted.app with a picture of the damage, and we'll send you a replacement.

For change-of-mind returns, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

We accept order cancellations prior to shipping. If you wish to cancel your order before having received your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@kitted.app with the subject: Order cancellation.

We accept returns only by mail to our closest warehouse.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@kitted.app. Please explain the reason for the return, and we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that you will need to cover the shipping cost for the return, and this will vary relative to your location. We will advise you of the cost and deduct it from your refund prior to shipping. This cost is calculated by determining the exact cost of fulfillment via our 3PL fulfillment partners ShipBob Inc. There is no additional restocking fee.

Your refund will be processed once the goods are received at our warehouse.

As all Kitted Thinking Tools include free shipping, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus the return shipping cost.

Your refund will be issued via the same payment method you used during checkout.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
